Lisbon

Lisbon is a very beautiful city. The city is built in a hilly area so the streets go up and down. Typically European there are castles, churches, very old buildings, and lots of shops for tourists. The Hotel Mundial where I am staying is again near a metro stop (two blocks away) and is just north of the Baixa district and the river. I walked across town (see picture of a nice square near my hotel), went up the nearby tower for a panoramic view, and took some pictures of the city. Then I had dinner at a typical Portuguese neighborhood restaurant.
